On the ground floor :

A large bedroom with a double bed and bathroom (shower) with separate
WC.
First floor: (access by stairs in the living room):
Clearance, reading corner and access south facing balcony.
Two large bedrooms each with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90).
Outdoor terrace: South facing, awning, garden furniture, barbecue.
Swimming pool: About 9mX5m (access from 10h to 20h), treatment without
chlorine (salt).
Rental conditions:
The rental includes the supply of electricity (flat rate of 180 kWh
per week, charges discounted beyond 0,13€; the kWh), gas, hot water and heating
in winter, internet access (Wifi and ethernet plug),
Cleaning is normally done by the tenants before departure, possibility
to have it done with supplement (80€).
A guarantee deposit of 400€ is requested at the entrance to the
premises, returned after the state of the place at the time of departure deducted
from the possible deterioration.
